Since our founding, we have dedicated ourselves to bringing the rich culinary heritage of Hachinohe, Aomori to the heart of Tokyo, crafting modern kaiseki cuisine paired with finest sake selections. Though our intimate eight-seat dining space was modest in size, it became a cherished venue where we had the privilege of hosting guests from across the globe. We are deeply moved by the cultural exchange and meaningful connections we have built with visitors from countless countries, who brought their own unique perspectives to our Japanese dining experience.
